I don't go quite to "always" here but I do wear them more often than most for generally this set of reasons. Can't say that I've ever seen Klosterman in one either, come to think of it. The great thing, too, is that these days I get away with pretty much NEVER cinching it all the way up to the top. I wear it loose and somehow people still totally think it's a full, formal tie situation. Nice, right? Also: ties with polos. Only the strong survive.
